Lucas Blalock

*born 1978 in Asheville, North Carolina, now lives and works in New York.

He is regarded as a representative of a new innova- tive photography and is currently very much on the rise in the USA.

Blalock stages everyday objects, which he photo- graphs and then manipulates digitally. He tries not to cover up his interventions, but rather to integrate them into his works as a visual component.

His works were exhibited for the first time in Euro- pe at Museum Kurhaus Kleve in 2019.

Typico was able to prove itself as a reliable produc- tion partner for the large-format prints.
